A reminder to any Ratepayer affected by the Dublin City Revaluation, that the first Deadline for submitting Representations is next Monday 19th November. Over the past few weeks the Valuation Office have been issuing Proposed Valuation Certificates to all Ratepayers in the Dublin City Council Local Authority area. The new assessments will remain in force for up to ten years so it is vital that Ratepayers do not miss the opportunity to challenge their assessments.
